Help needed

I need some advice. My underwear has been soaked through by lunchtime. I am really really really hot so im unsure if it's sweat, discharge or amniotic fluid. I've taken to wearing a panty liner but find that after a few hours it is slightly tinged creamy brown. I also find that when I wipe after a pee it is really yellow (or is it brown?). Any ideas of this is normal or what it could be?
