WHAT TO GET BEFORE BABY COMES??

I'm due March 31st and I wanted to get most of the thing my daughter needs before she arrives that I know I wouldn't get at the shower? What are some things I need to get?

Most big items aren't given at the showet unless family or friends get together and go in on it.... Most of the time, at a shower you'll get tons of clothes, diapers, wipes, bottles, blankets, a tub, shampoo and body wash... Little things that don't cost that much... I would say Needs before baby are:
Crib/bassinet/Pack and play (which ever option you choose for baby to sleep in)
Swing
Breast pump (most insurances pay for this now)
Car Seat
Stroller
You can also get Diapers and wipes. .. Cam Never have to many... keep them in the box in case you need to exchange them for a different size or brand....

Bibs lots and lots of bibs!! Cloth diapers to just use on your shoulder for burping!

I registered on Amazon and people were so incredibly generous. I had to return a slew of duplicates, which is easy on Amazon, and then used the credit to purchase any outstanding items. I think there are public registry lists on Amazon that could help you.

I honestly didn't get anything until after Bc you really don't know what people will get. I literally got almost everything including car seat, stroller, bassinets All kind of things. I've been to plenty baby showers & everyone always gets more than one diaper genie & boppy pillow. I didn't get either. The only two things I had to buy on my own. So if you really want to shop before hand go ahead & get receiving blankets, bibs, burp cloths, bottle cleaners but if if you are having a large shower just wait so you don't make yourself crazy returning
