Should I marry the man who dumped me a month ago who's now thrown himself back into my life who I still love so much??

He dumped me broke my heart and afterwards I found out I was pregnant then I miscarried and I still love him so much and nows he's come out of nowhere and said sorry and that he's changed and asked me to marry him.

I would never agree to marry a guy that dumped me a month ago. I'd have too many questions and uncertainties. If it were me, I'd move on.

That's not something we can really give you an answer to. I think he needs to prove himself to you before you say yes to him. Tell him every thing you want and expect from him including marriage counseling sense he wants to get married.
People make mistakes sometimes. Or they get scared of commitment and run. You really should go to counseling to figure all this out if you say yes. 
But if you broke up for reasons that have been going on for a while like cheating or abuse I think you should just walk away.
