How much does baby eat?

I'm going to pump for the first time this week since I'll be away from baby next weekend for 6+ hours. How many ounces of breast milk does a baby drink? My little one is 3 weeks old.

I've been exclusively pumping my breast milk due to latching issues with my daughter and since my daughter has been about 2 weeks she drinks 3 ounces every 2-3 hours. Now at 5 weeks it's still the same.

My daughter is almost 6 weeks old and she drinks 3oz every 2-3 hours it's been like that since she was born well the first like week it was just 2 oz. but I pumped and she eventually moved up to 3oz and now I recently switched her to formula

The general rule is 1-1.5 oz for every hour. It will never change for breastfed babies

As others have said, an oz./hour is typical and that doesn't need to change as baby gets older. Our milk changes so you don't need to up the amount.
