Loose skin ... 😕

Anyone know ways to firm up loose skin? I am 5 weeks PP (c-sec) and have a lot of stretch marks too. My skin is so tender and itchy. I can't do excersizes yet - might have a hernia. I had a very large baby bump from too much amniotic fluid. It was twin sized.
