ι waѕ wonderιng ιғ any oғ yoυ нad an acceѕѕory navιcυlar.. It's an extra bone on the arch of your feet and it's very uncommon and goes undetected until an injury occures. I have two, one on each foot and I began having problems when I joined the military. Surgery has been recommended however, surgery sometimes makes them worse.
