Positive or Negative? [Ovulation Test]

Does this mean I'm ovulating? Is this a positive ovulation test? Should I BD today & tomorrow or when? I took this with FMU, it didn't specifically say when to take it. 
Just really wanna know when I should BD.  Cross-posted in ttc newbies.
