Af due tomorrow cervix was low yesterday and today is high soft and medium

Cervix is now super high soft and medium or closed not sure on opening never can tell a differece any ways had a little spotting of a peach color and brown really stretchy cm. does that sound like implantation bleeding or am I about to start. All bfn tests but if that's implantation bleeding that would explain them.
