Gender thru blood test?

Hi all,

I had my initial blood work taken last week, and my next appt is November 11 to have the chromosomal abnormalities blood work done. My next ultrasound isn't until December 9. I'll be 19 weeks at that point. Can I find out the gender thru either of these blood tests?? I want to find out as soon as possible! Lol.

If they're the standard tests, no. You have to have the harmony, materni21, or others like that to know the sex too. Usually they're not offered unless you're over 35 or high risk.

Some tests can find out through blood but it's up to your doctor if they do it or not my ob doesn't offer the gender blood test but my friend did it and found out the gender at 10 weeks.
