I'm 14 and always rely on other people and very nervous when alone can anyone give me tips on how to be independent, trustworthy, mature and reliable? many thanks

I'm 14 too, just do everything you need to do, take initiative, be confident, and it will all come together

Walk around more. Go out with your bestfriend and start walking to their house or having them meet you somewhere☺️the only way to get out is to get out.

First step is to be confident ! It's okay to be afraid but there really isn't anything for you to be scared of :) growing up requires bravery so just evaluate things about yourself and decide which ones are "childish" and figure out how to improve those things :D good luck 💕

Start by deciding how you want to be more mature? Less bitchy? Quieter? Working harder in lessons? 
Decide how you want to do it. Like if you want to be less bitchy, how are you going to do it? Change that. Then tackle the next. I was in the same boat dw :)
