Stretching pains?! UTI pains?

Question

I'm 7 weeks 4 days approx and terrified of miscarriage. I've been getting quite sharp pains that either feel like stretching pains or possibly urinary tract infection type pains, although doesn't hurt to pee. Is anyone else getting these stretching pains?! I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow x

I'm 10weeks and I was also concerned about this. I get a sharp pain on either side when I sneeze or sit up abruptly from laying down. My midwife said it's totally normal due to the muscles are stretching (uterus) and it's never stretched before.

I had the same pains and went to see my doctor and they told me that it was normal and that I didn't have a UTI
