Thyroid issues

So I have an enlarged thyroid apparently ... All my labs came back okay, but according to my ultrasound I have a nodule (on?) my thyroid. Waiting to hear when I can get scheduled with endocrinology for a biopsy/appt. I think I'm so freaked out that I'm not even aware of it, which is weird for me. I know thyroid issues can be a big issue for fertility though. Has anyone gone through anything like this?
