I have my first ultrasound tomorrow when I'm 11 weeks 6 days and I'm more nervous then excited, actually I'm not excited at all because I'm too scared that my baby won't be ok. This is my second pregnancy but my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and I'm scared it will be the same this time. Any advice on how to calm my nerves? Thank you.
