I'm not sure how I feel right now. Took my first shot of Lovenox and I'm so tired.  I think the Day just tired me out.  Stress and thinking about the next year of This is overwhelming. Bi just want one may two healthy babies!!! What happened to make love get pregnant?  I work for the states welfare office and I'm so frustrated at seeing these women have baby after baby and can't support them.  I have to jump through hoops while learning Latin to just ovulate.
