Discharge or pee?

I'm having clear, water discharge that is literally leaking through the other side of my underwear. It looks just wet almost like I peed myself, but when I touch it, it's kinda tacky to the touch. It's definitely some sort of discharge but the past week there has been SO much of it can anyone tells what it can mean :(
