I need to know how many weeks Iam. My last period was on the 9/24.. Took the test on the 10/26 came out am pregnant want to the dr same thing came out.. So how many weeks Iam.. Need help plz

I have always just waited for my ultrasound. The baby is the only way you can know for sure. You may have been off a few days on ovulation. I know I was off a week.

The date isn't even 10/26 yet? If you give me the first day of your last period I can tell you pretty close to exactly how far along you are. Maybe a day or two off depending on how normal your periods are and when you actually ovulate.

Day 1 of your pregnancy is day 1 of your cycle, so just count from there. :-)

About a month. No more than that. Remember you need to take away the days of fertilization and conception. Which is usually 7 days. So you maybe about 3 wks. But regardless its always just a estimated guess even when the drs tell you

I'd say almost 3 weeks if the last day of your menstral period was sept 24! Congrats :)
