Ok ladies. This morning I was spotting AF. Just spotting. Not covering the pad. So round 9pm-ish at work. I felt some cramps and pressure down there. So I went to the bathroom and I wiped. My AF fill up the tp. So is this day 1 as flow blow round 9pm-ish????
