Curse of the pregnant roommate.

Besides living with my husband, I've lived with three other people in a span of 10 years. The third one happens to be our best man who needed a place to stay until his girlfriend was done with an internship.  Tonight they announced to us that she's expecting. I didn't even think the curse applied to men. Well apparently it does. All three roommates weren't trying or even prepared for pregnancy. Hard being happy when we're the ones that are ready, not them.
