I'm 19 with ms, diagnosed last year September right before finding out I was pregnant now have a wonderful 6 month old. Any ms mummies out there? How do you handle it?

Diagnosed 2 years ago, 32 weeks pregnant with my first. Luckily we have a lot of family in the area, and I am a firm believer in it takes a village.
