Early cycle

Well to start off with my boobs have been hurting now for 23 consecutive days some days are way worse than others and they feel heavy and lumpy which is normal around my pms time but as soon as i start my cycle it instantly stops. Anyhow, three days ago my bf and I were in the middle of having sex(me on top) when all of a sudden I tilted forward a little bit and *pop* I felt some kind of horrible pain in the left side of my stomach but it went away immediately after so we continued, the next day same thing. Well Sunday afternoon I started bleeding, that put me 4 days early on my cycle. The thing is....the blood is bright red but kind of watery(looks wet around the blood) something totally abnormal and my stomach doesn't feel like it usually does. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Could I be pregnant and still be have my cycle? I'm currently uninsured and don't have a family doc so I'm trying to get opinions and advice before making an unnecessary trip to the ER. I'd greatly appreciate any kind of input! Thank you(:
