Can i be pregnant on the depo?

Okay everyone I got the depo shot about a month and a half ago. I have been bleeding everyday without missing one. Here for the past 2-3 weeks ive had a few pains in my lower stomach, have thrown up had headaches, been very tired, felt nauseas and bloated but also losing alot of weight ... But yet took a pregnancy test and it said negative I thought I seen a very faint line but I might have been seeing things. My next scheduled shot is Nov.9 do I need to go ahead and make a appointment to the doctor or just wait? First time I've been on the depo
