Help. To pick up your marriage license do you need your social security card?

None just your id! In the state of california at least. You do however need your social number

We just had to show our license... You have to know your social, but some places may make you show it...

Indiana just needs one form of ID like a birth certificate or picture ID. They asked for a SSN but didn't need to see the card.

Depends on the state... We needed both our ss cards and birth certificates. And if I remember correctly we both had to be there too.

We didnt need anything. Just told them our names and they gave it to us.
