How often to exfoliate your face?

I made a diy sea salt & vitamin e oil expholiate. Seems to work really well, my face was smooth and I am noticing acne scars are diminishing. I don't want to over do it, how often would you reccomend expholiating your face?

I use a very gentle herbal exfoliant which I couple with a moisturizer. I do this daily but my skin isn't too delicate.

I would say about once a week should be fine too. I usually do that on my pamper nights which is once a week I treat myself to extra special things like I will redo my nails and give myself a full facial and just relax

Twice a week should be enough! You don't want to hurt your skin.
