So, I haven't technically had a period since I got my iud out. I've started having really bad heartburn, frequent peeing, and sore heavy breasts. I took a test and it was a no. Could it just be too early for the test to register???

Actually it could be. I had the IUD for 3.5 years. Had it removed Feb. 18 2011 in which I had no period afterwards and found out I was pregnant March 23, 2011. I recently had the IUD removed again from after I gave birth to him.
