Okay so as I was getting undressed to get into the bath my stomach starts to do a growling sound but i am not hungry I just ate ⁉️ then when I was trying to relax in the bath it sounds like a popping sound ..it didn't hurt but as I tryed to sit up some more to get comfortable it hurt like in a sharp crying kind of pain..I was almost in tears .. What could this be ? Now it hurts by my pelvis bone???
