TMI: swollen labia???

Question

I'll be 30 weeks tomorrow. Today while taking a shower I noticed that my labia minora and majora are swollen. Normal?

Normal. Lots of pressure on they area and the blood flow can be restricted, causing swelling. I now have a vulvar vascularity (varicose vein) and it's really unsightly--try to limit how much you're on your feet and put a towel under your pelvis at night to help with blood flow. They go away post-partum, I've been told--and it's not dangerous or anything.

Normal! My parts were hardly recognizable during my third pregnancy. It goes back to normal after delivery. Just another thing no one tells you, right?
