I have the implant in my arm and ive had it for about a year now but the last couple of months i have been getting periods but this month i haven't. Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for about 2 months now without a condom. Last week i did have some spotting and Saturday i did have a little bleed. Technically I've missed my period. Should i do a pregnancy  test just to be sure? (I do have one ready)
