Normal?

Question

My 2 week old hates being put down. Even if she's dead asleep, when I put her in her bassinet she'll wake up then about 5 mins later she'll be crying but when I pick her up she's fine. I let her sleep on my chest at night just so I can get a little sleep. Will she grow out of this?

There is lots u can do to try help fix this, they have just spent 10 months inside u listening to ur heart, breath, talk, all the sounds :) so when they come out they can have a bit hard time adjusting to the sounds of outside and the sound of ur heart on ur chest and ur smell is very soothing for them, I was told if u have ur tshirt that uve been wearing that day wrap it in a warm wheat bag put in their bed at 10 mins befor nap time whip out the bag but leave the tshirt somewhere close so smell of u still there, if bubs is breastfed he going to thru a growth spurt very soon and be working hard to bring milk in so u will be feeding a lot in those few days and should settle down again xx
