Input on possible early labor?

Question

Is this early labor, I've had consistent back pain and cramps. Then last night I had this horrible pain in my pelvis and then increased pain in my back. I also had an uncontrollable mental and emotional breakdown for an hour last night. I tossed and turned most of the night unable to get comfortable and the pain hasn't stopped even if I move positions of drink water. 
This morning I was laying and couldn't hold still for a minute cause I was uncomfortable and while making breakfast I had to keep sitting down because the pain was getting so unbearable while standing. 
I have noticed for the past 20 minutes I've felt like I needed to poop, but I just can't. I just feel like I need to. Has anyone had anything similar? 
Please don't just say, "I'd go get checked or call the doctor"

I had this problem last week. I'm 36+1. I let the pain go all day and finally couldn't stand it anymore and went to the hospital, 10 min before I got there it stopped. It might be your baby's position, or fr contractions. My doctor told me it was just my body knowing that there's a baby in there that needs to come out soon and I'm only dilated 1/2 cm.

It could be the problem is every persons pregnancy is so incredibly different. I went into preterm labor at 33 weeks after talking to the Drs for days and she kept telling me it was just BH until I ended up in L&D dilated to a three and contractions 3-4min apart. They were able to give me steroids for babies lungs, and slow it down enough that I kept her in until her due date. But those were the worst two months of my life. I would sincerely go in because you never know what could be happening and you digestive troubles sound almost like appendicitis which definitely needs to be treated immediately if that's the case. Generally if you're in labor you have the opposite problem as it tries to clear itself out for labor. Best of luck to you.

I'm not sure really as I'm 29 weeks 3 days not experienced labor BUT I did have back pain n cramps n my dr thought it was pre term labor and asked me to come into the hospital to get checked out
