I posted in another group and got nothing so here it goes again.....I'm not usually a symptom spotter but this one has me stumped! I've never had problems with pimples or anything except during the normal teenage years. I've always had clear skin. Now out of no where I have a face full my cheaks chin neck and even arms! A bunch of tiny annoying little pimples and the weirdest thing is that they are really dry? Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a early sign?
