Why me
So I was so happy going into the doc office yesterday I went to get a blood test done to see if I was pregnant and I got a call today I'm not I'm borderline diabetic wtf am I going to do I just got my gallbladder removed cut back on foods and bam now I got to cut back more its like someone up there hates me idk what to do any advice
