Is this normal ❓do i still have a chance ?

Recently I had my so called "period" . I started out with light brown to peach spotting then it stopped & turned into light bleeding the 2nd day was medium- heavy & the third day was light & barely there , then nothing . My period had completely stopped . I got sick & threw up on my 2nd day of the "period" & my breast always hurt ,im tired more & hungry.
