This is baby #3 for me and with my other two I didn't take prenatal at all because I would throw them up every time I took one. This time I started taking them before getting pregnant and up until 2 weeks ago I was good (I'm aprox. 8 weeks now) but now even smelling them makes me gag and when I can get one down I feel extra nauseous the rest of the day. I started taking them at night so I could go to sleep after but does anyone have any tricks to getting these horse pills down and keeping them down?! I usually fill my mouth with a flavored drink so I can't taste them and then swallow but like tonight it for stuck in my throat and almost came back up. I dread taking it but I feel guilty not taking them.
