Could this be it??

I have been having abdominal cramps ranging from mild do irritating a little for almost 4 days now. My lower back had been hurting since then to. I'm also having shooting pains to my nipples every once in a while and my breasts pain comes and goes to. I'm 7dpo and af is expected in 7 days could this be pg symptoms? When should I test? I'm nervous I'll get a negative. 😕
