Is it okay to use Biofreeze on Neck and Shoulders?

I asked my doctor about this and icy hot and she said it was safe.

I work in a PT office. Sometimes a little biofreeze is the only thing that helps me thru the day.

It should say on the bottle if there's a pregnancy warning. Or ask the doc/chiropractor that gave it to you. I don't think there'd be any issue, but I'm not certain.

Thank goodness ladies because Biofreeze has been a godsend. I've got a herniated disc in my neck causing a pinched nerve to shoot pain down my arms and finally had a nerve block 6 days ago. It helped tremendously but I still have aches and pains in my right shoulder and arm. I also hear it really helps with sciatic pain!
