Plan B/ bleeding

Okay so I had unprotected sex today I took plan b about an hour after. Today was the last day of my period and I wasn't bleeding I had been spotting in the morning but then quit. After sex I went to the restroom and I bled, not a lot.  And now I'm still bleeding. I have never had unprotected sex so I don't know what to think right now. Literally just want to hear what anyone else thinks?
