Constipation help???!!! Possibly TMI

I haven't had a good bowel movement in four weeks. I am 9 wks and 4 days. The top of my stomach has been hurting to the point it causes me to vomit. I have been taking Miralax once everyday but it isn't helping. Do you guys know of anything safe that I can try to help this situation. ???? Any amd all advice is appreciated. My first dr apt isn't until Monday ...

Prune juice before breakfast on empty stomach. Oh my god it helped me a lot. Since then no bloating or gas.

Drink a little bit maybe less then a full table spoon of coconut oil

Work on your diet, have aktivia every day, lots of fiber and u well be fine:)

Eat lots of cantaloupe! It is so good for your digestion!

You can take colace. I was prescribed it during my last pregnancy. I take it almost daily if I get backed up

I would recommend a stronger laxative. Miralax didn't work for me either. I started to become more regular when I stated taking benefiber everyday but sounds like you need something strong to get the party started!

Yikes! Try mild exercise, like a brisk walk for an hour on a daily basis. Drink tons water all day long. Eat fruits (prunes). I was constipated for about 3 days in a row and it was very uncomfortable. I can't imagine a whole month! Hope it gets better.
