Did anyone else have no heart beat at 6 weeks?

I thought I was 8 weeks pregnant but I went for a scan today they said I'm 6 weeks and baby had no heart beat. They said to come back in 2 weeks 😔 anyone else been through this ?

I went in for an ultrasound  (7wks 4 days) yesterday due to brown discharge and they found the yolk sac but no baby. They drew blood to check HCG levels and went back today to draw more blood so they can have a comparison of my levels from yesterday to today, I haven't heard anything yet. What scared me was when the Sono tech said I had active bleeding in my uterus my doctor's nurse was upset when she found out that she told me that. So just playing the waiting game, praying my dates are just off but, we will see. Praying for you.

At 6 weeks we saw a flicker but couldn't hear anything

I think my primary care dr said the heart forms around week 6 so baby may be behind. Don't give up hope just yet. I'm sure everything will be okay! Good luck ❤️
