Lower back massage safe?

Hey ladies! My lower back is killing me! Started yesterday and I'm miserable! I read lower back massage is not safe during pregnancy....is this true? If so what can I do to relieve my lower back pain?? Should I concerned as well? 😕

Massage is great durning pregnancy! (I am a massage therapist) just make sure your theripest is certified and has done prenatal massage before!

My bad gives me back rubs all the time, foot rubs I heard can send you into labor though
