Hair on 3D ultrasounds?

Is it possible to see hair on a 3D/4D ultrasound?? The reason I ask is because I posted a picture from my ultrasound and everyone said it looks like hair but my tech said it was likely shadows. Was she just saying that to cover her own skin? Or was it really just shadows? Here's a few pictures from the ultrasound...

My daughter had the same type of look in her 3d ultrasound and came out with sooo much hair

That is hair and lots of it lol. I would say the tech didn't want to tell you so she wouldn't get in trouble.

The tech told me my baby had hair at our 3D and showed it to me moving in the amniotic fluid :)
