Inexperienced

So I'm 25 and panicking. I've never had a boyfriend before. And ive never had sex before. Some guys have like me, but I haven't liked them back, and the guys I like aren't interested in me. The only times I've been kissed was only three times and it was with random people at parties, but it never got farther than that bc I'm really not comfortable with casual hookups. I'm going through the forums and seeing 13 year olds talk about sex with their bfs, and here I am completely virgin and completely self conscious, once thinking that my status was border-line normal and now not so much. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, or if something's wrong with me. And I'm worried that if I do ever get into a relationship, I'll turn him off from being so incredibly inexperienced.
