I didn't appreciate it in my younger years - I didn't like the slow flow and posing, but now I look forward to the focusing and deep stretching. I realized that I need it for my mind and body and have really come to enjoy it.

I love certain positions & hate others, but mostly I just love the fact that I go to hot yoga. It's the only time I'm ever truly warm in this bloody country!

Love it :) helps with period cramps and is a great way to warm up before working out
