Has anyone here taken Vitex before? Has it worked for you? Any side effects?

Yes it worked for me last year . Unfortunately I miscarried but I am back on it now after finally being diagnosed with pcos a few months ago . It has my cylce almost perfect. I'm ovulating also which is great ! It does take time as far as side effects none that I have noticed ! Good luck
