Verizon Phone questions
I just want to ask this here before I go spend forever at a Verizon store or call the 1-800 number.
A few months ago, I was in a car accident. I never found my phone in the wreckage. I had insurance on my phone and paid the $150 deductible.
When I got the phone in, I noticed that it won't connect to my wifi. I figured something was wrong with the wifi, but our tablet and everyone else's phones would connect. My phone also doesn't keep up with the date or time. Like, today is 10/15, my phone was stuck saying 10/11.
Now the charger only works half the time, and the screen will shut off on me randomly.
Is there anything i can do? I want a new phone but don't want to pay since the phone came screwed up and is only getting worse!
