Discharge

Have been having exsessive discharge. Been needing to change my underwear way too much for my liking. Wake up soaked through. I'd had a Pap test done and didn't get results back. I'm on the pill and take a lot of medications, would that be causing it? I have asked my doctor and never get straight answers! Help!
