Does anyone here deal with a husband going through depression and suicidal tendencies? We have been married for 6.5 years and just in the last two years his depression has gotten out of control. He is a veteran and can't seem to get the care he needs. Very bad back problems that leaves him in pain 24/7. In 2014 he tried to kill himself and obviously it didn't work. He stayed in a mental unit for 5 days before he got to come home. He has been doing really well but an argument with a friend today totally set him off. I mean it's like a light went off in his head. He has been holed up in our room all day, he won't talk to me, is being very nasty and rude to me which is usually how he treats people when he is upset over something that isn't their fault . I am so scared he is going to hurt himself again. I am 10.5 weeks pregnant and he is over the moon excited and has been so great with me and today it's like he snapped. I know he will eventually cool off and chill out but I am so scared and hurt. I am basically sleeping downstairs tonight because he keeps telling me to leave him alone get out of his face etc etc . I am so sad .
