Anyone with a severe head cold?

Give me your secretes please! I need relief. I used to just be able to put some Vicks in my scentsy and I was good to go. But it's just not cutting it for me anymore.

My doctor approved Tylenol sinus/cold and after 3-4 days I felt a lot better! I also took a warm Epsom salt bath with purification and peppermint essential oils. I also ran a humidifier 1-2 nights with peppermint and lemon essential oils and put a drop or two of theives oil on the bottom of my feet and socks at night. I still have a little phlegm when I wake up but I have no pain or congestion and I feel so much better!!

I need help with this too! Been coughing up crap for over a month.  Blow my nose and its always blood.  I haven't been able to breathe since conception.
