Has anyone ever had a pregnancy with quite a bit of cramping and bleeding that turned out okay? Tomorrow is my first dr appt (I'll be 8w+3d), and I'm extremely nervous. I had a molar pregnancy two years ago and am praying this baby will really happen. I've been cramping/spotting the whole time so far, but the past few days have been heavy cramping/bleeding (but not like a period, just when I wipe...called dr on Thursday and they said not to worry unless it was like a period amount of blood).
