Almost 11 weeks

I'm pregnant with my 1st and I will be 11 weeks tomorrow. Just curious how anyone else was feeling at 11 weeks as well? I'm not sick. Just tired and hungry. I saw my little one a few weeks ago and doc said everything was fine. I still don't feel very pregnant at this point.
