My vanishing pregnancy

Ok bad news I really still I'm not sure how this happened but went to hospital yesterday afternoon because of bleeding no longer was spotting it was a constant flow but not real happy and they examined me with the ultrasound from the outside and in and didn't see no baby and told me that they don't see an ectopic. That part was music to my ears ,but I still was hoping thats they see my baby in the right spot. They told me that I could have been pregnant but the baby aborted itself. I went to the hospital Tuesday and they told me that my blood was 80% and then lastnight it was 120% the first doctor told me that it will go down and now they are telling me that I have to come back Monday for them to take my blood again to see if my numbers go down they said that I should be four to five weeks and if I were pregnant that my numbers should have been way more higher. Still feel so sad 😢😢😢
